Founded in 1999 by two respected wine professionals, Mariano García and Javier Zaccagnini, Bodegas Aalto is guided by a philosophy that combines local tradition with modern winemaking technology. The vineyards are situated on high plateaus, where low yields are carefully maintained to ensure maximum flavor and quality in every grape. The grapes are hand-harvested, and only the finest are selected for winemaking. The wines are aged with great care in selected French and American oak barrels, adding depth and complexity.

Bodegas Aalto’s wines are full-bodied, aromatic, and well-balanced, yet at the same time elegant and refined. The winery has earned widespread international recognition, and its wines have received numerous awards in prestigious competitions.
