For gourmands, the most anticipated day in July is the 21st when the crayfish season opens. July 21st also marks the opening of Restaurant Nokka’s crayfish season! We offer a Crayfish Menu that’s customized for the season–and our special schnapps customized to pair perfectly with crayfish.
Season’s number one delicacy, Finnish crayfish, stars on the Nokka Crayfish Menu as the starter dish. In addition, the menu features other highlight other late summer and early fall specialties.
And the specials are not limited to the plate. In addition to the perfect wine pairings, to chase down the crayfish in traditional Scandinavian manner we offer a house special Nokka Koskenkorva, a custom-flavored vodka based on sustainably grown Koskenkorva Climate Action Vodka.
